What 'characters' means in Anime Dice
The dice do not just give you a number — each roll can reveal an anime character that joins your team. Luck upgrades raise the odds of better reveals, and rare characters (and mutations) are what you collect and climb the leaderboard with. So 'the character roster' is effectively 'what can the dice reveal?', and that set is not officially published.
The roster problem
When a game is this young, community rosters are assembled from screenshots and guesses. Two trackers can disagree on whether a character exists, because one saw a screenshot and the other did not. Copying either table would publish unverified names as facts — exactly what we avoid.
How a character gets added to this site
- Confirmed by the developer (official announcement or in-game UI), or
- Live-verified: seen in-game in the Index/UI or a reproducible roll, with a dated record, or
- Multiple independent current sources agree (multi-source, with note).
- Anything less stays in the conflict register, not on a roster page.
What to do while the roster is unverified
Play the loop: roll, upgrade luck, compare what you roll against your team goal, and let the Unit Checker weigh keep vs reroll with the evidence available. When a specific character starts showing up in Search Console queries, we will publish its verified evidence file.
