What Does “Value” Mean in Anime Dice?

What Does “Value” Mean in Anime Dice?
Direct answerIn Anime Dice, “value” can mean three different numbers: the cash price in the Shop, the displayed Luck multiplier, or a community trade estimate. Only the first two come from the game. Trade values are player estimates — the developer does not publish them.

Why mixing them causes bad trades

“Value” sites often print one number and call it the value. That number is usually a community estimate of what a player will pay, and it moves after every update. The shop price does not. If someone tells you a dice is “worth 2B” without saying which number they mean, the trade is already ambiguous.

The only official numbers

Anime Dice publishes the Shop price and the Luck multiplier on the dice card. It does not publish a trade value, a drop rate per dice, or a price for the reported Update 7 trade gamepass. Anything else is community reporting.

A practical rule

  1. When planning an upgrade, use shop price and displayed Luck only.
  2. When trading, compare both sides with the same number, from the same date.
  3. Never let a single “value” number decide a trade without checking the items, variants and grades in the window.

The trading values page shows the comparison method, and the trade value check gives a worked example.
